Abstract

In an increasingly interconnected world, the relationship between business and culture has become a significant area of academic and professional inquiry. Business organizations no longer operate only as economic entities focused on profit generation; they function within complex social, cultural, and ethical environments that influence decision-making, innovation, leadership, consumer behavior, and organizational development. Business and Cultural Studies provide a multidisciplinary platform to understand how economic activities are shaped by cultural values, social structures, traditions, identities, and global transformations.
